In
May 2022, United States President Joe Biden and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi jointly unveiled the iCET.
Subsequently, on
January 31, 2023, the inaugural iCET meeting took place in Washington, D.C., led by the respective National Security Advisors of both countries.
