Founded in 1989, Vajirao & Reddy Institute prepares candidates for the Civil Services Examination at the Preliminary Test, Main Examination and Personality Test stages. The Institute also supports State PCS preparation. Its learning approach connects faculty guidance, conceptual clarity, printed notes, classroom interaction, practice tests, performance analysis and interview support instead of treating each activity as a separate service.

Vajirao & Reddy Institute was founded by Prof. V. N. Reddy with the aim of empowering IAS candidates to strengthen the skills required for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and State-level PCS examinations.

The Institute's core team guides students step by step towards overall excellence. The focus is not only on completing a syllabus, but on helping an aspirant understand concepts, practise their application, review performance and prepare for the demands of each examination stage.
